These Terms of Service govern your use of FiDrives, a personal file synchronization application built on Rclone. By using this application, you agree to these terms.

FiDrives is a personal, non-commercial, single-user application intended exclusively for use by its developer. It is not a public service, SaaS product, or distributed software. It is not available for download or use by third parties.

2. Acceptable Use

This application is intended solely for:

• Personal file synchronization between a local device and the user's own Google Drive.
• Backing up personal files and data.
• Automating personal cloud storage management tasks.

The application must not be used to access files or data belonging to other users without their explicit permission.

3. Google API Services

This application uses Google Drive API services. Your use of Google services through this application is subject to Google's Terms of Service. FiDrives' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. No Warranty

This application is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The developer makes no guarantees about the availability, reliability, or fitness of the application for any particular purpose. Use at your own risk, especially with respect to file management and sync operations.

5. Limitation of Liability

The developer is not liable for any data loss, corruption, or damage arising from use of this application. Always maintain independent backups of important files.

6. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. The most current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of any changes.
